Shreyas Talpade Suffers Heart Attack During Film Shoot
Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade in a shocking turn of events experienced a heart attack while shooting for the film “Welcome to the Jungle” with Akshay Kumar. The 47-year-old actor reportedly collapsed immediately after completing the shoot. Then He was quickly rushed to the hospital, where he underwent angioplasty and now he is said to be stable.The hospital authorities said that he was fine.The hospital also confirmed that the angioplasty was conducted at around 10 pm earlier today. They also tells that the surgery was successful and the actor was doing fine.
As per Hindustan Times, Shreyas shot all the day and he was absolutely fine. He was joking around on the set and he also shot some action sequences. After completing the shoot, he went to home and tells his wife that he was feeling uneasy. His wife take him to the hospital but he collapsed on the way.
Shreyas gained his recognization and performance in the film Iqbal (2005), where he portrayed the role of a deaf and mute aspiring cricketer. The film earned him accolades and showcased his acting prowess.after this success, Shreyas went on to work in other Bollywood and Marathi films, showcasing his talent as an actor.
Apart from Hindi cinema, Shreyas has also worked in Marathi films and has been involved in the production of Marathi movies. His contributions to Marathi cinema include films like Sanai Choughade (2008) and Baji (2015).
Some of his Bollywood films include Om Shanti Om (2007),Dor (2006), and Kaun Pravin Tambe (2022). He is also known for his comic roles in the Golmaal film series.
Shreyas will be next seen in “Welcome to the Jungle”, the 3rd film of the comedy franchise Welcome. The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon,Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Johny Lever, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, Rahul Dev, Daler Mehndi, and Mika Singh. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film will hit theatres on 20 December 2024.
He is also a part of Kangana Ranaut‘s Emergency. The actor will essay the role of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the movie.
